Pouch mail:

Using pouch mail your letter must use only one side of one piece of 81/2 by 11 paper. Fold the letter in thirds like you would to put it in an envelope. Using two pieces of tape, tape about an inch from each end, but do not seal the ends. On the blank side of the letter, address it as normal, with your address in the top left corner and use US first class postage in the top right corner. In the middle:
